Deep-colored robe with violet highlights. The rich and complex nose reveals notes of tobacco, spices,
and leather intertwined with aromas of confit blueberry.
On the palate, the wine shows a beautiful structure with silky tannins, remarkably broad and velvety,
expressing ripe red fruit flavors with a very long and persistent finish.
Pairs well with red and white meats such as truffled Bresse chicken, guinea fowl, tournedos Rossini,
leg and rack of lamb, beef rib, and duck breast. Also ideal with charcuterie boards, terrines, foie gras, and cheese platters.
