LAND AND CLIMATE
Siliceous soil of schistous origin, stonier on the slopes, more sandy in the depressions.
Climate: it is influenced by the sea. Hyères harbour is only a few kilometers away

THE VINEYARD
Most of it is sloping with vines on trellis. average vine age: 20 years.
Grape composition: Grenache 80%, Syrah 17%, Rolle 3%.

THE WINE MAKING

Grape harvest is entirely by hand with on site grape sorting,
Stalk stripping and inerting of musts is immediate upon entrance of the
grapes into the cellar, Pressing is performed after a short maceration.
Temperature control is effective at all stages with fermentation at a fixed 17°C.

Alcoholic strength: 13,0 % vol.
75 cl Alliance Bordeaux bottle; NEUTROCORK closure 44 x 24 mm, branded; estate bottled; tapered capsule; label.

TASTING AND FOOD MATCHING
Beneath its pale rosé robe, the nose reveals elegant citrus aromas.
The palate is fresh and lively, expressing floral notes complemented by a subtle touch of spice.

Ideal for sharing with friends, it pairs equally well with carpaccio, beef rib, bouillabaisse,
and is perfectly enjoyed with a red fruit crumble.
